(b. 2000, Miami, FL) is a New York City based queer designer and interdisciplinary alumni of the Columbia Graduate School of Architectural Planning and Preservation (M.Arch 2025). His work centers on the spatializing of intersections between culture, criticality, awareness, and transparency. His academic work spans technical and sustainable design with a background in scenography, and more current, critical and conceptual research in his master's pursuit. While residing in Manhattan, Lucas has worked with The NYC LGBT Center of Greenwich Village, Harlem Grow, and design studios ranging from SOM (Skidmore Owings and Merrill) to Cannon Design.
